1. Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
2. Soak the potato in cold water for 30 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes of soaking, deep fry the potatoes until it’s crispy and golden brown .
4. Put the potato chips on a container then add the EasyPro® Salted Egg Powder and shake it until all the chips are coated with powder.
