Ingredients

  • EasyPro® Takoyaki Flour Batter Mix (300g)
  • EasyPro® Premium Takoyaki Sauce (30ml)
  • EasyPro® Cheese Sauce (100g)
  • Bacon (150g)
  • Cheese - cut into cubes (100g)
  • Egg (2pcs)
  • Water (1.2 Liters)
  • Oil

Directions

HOW TO MAKE CHEESE SAUCE
  1. For the cheese sauce, put the 200ml water unto the pan and bring it to a boil.
  2. After boiling, pour the water on the shaker and add the EasyPro® Cheese Sauce Mix. Stir until you reach the desired texture. Set aside.
BACON & CHEESE TAKOYAKI
  1. On a bowl, combine the EasyPro® Takoyaki Flour Batter Mix, 1 liter of water, and 2pcs of egg. Whisk until the flour is dissolved then transfer it on a stainless bowl.
  2. Pre-heat the Takoyaki machine then brush the machine with oil using a rubber brush.
  3. Pour the batter mixture onto the machine holes until it's full.
  4. Add the bacon and the cheese.
  5. Use the takoyaki pick to turn the balls until they're cooked.
  6. When the takoyaki balls are cooked, use the small tong to put the takoyaki balls into the plate
  7. Drizzle it with EasyPro® Premium Takoyaki Sauce and the EasyPro® Cheese Sauce.
  8. Add bonito flakes on top and dried parsley or seaweed powder.
