Directions
1. Marinate the squid with salt & pepper.
2. Dredge the squid with EasyPro® All-in-one Breading Mix.
3. Fry the squid on the pre heated oil then set aside.
4. Melt the butter then add the EasyPro® Salted Egg Powder; mix it until golden brown.
5. Add the calamari on the sauce then toss it until all the meat is coated.
