Ingredients

  • EasyPro® Breading Mix (150g)
  • EasyPro® Salted Egg Powder Mix (35g)
  • EasyPro® Premium Sweet Chili Sauce (120ml)
  • EasyPro® Premium Chili Sauce (60ml)
  • Squid Rings (1kg)
  • Fish Fillet (1kg)
  • Peeled Shrimp (½ kg)
  • Oil

Directions

  1. Coat the squid rings, fish fillet, and peeled shrimp with the EasyPro® Breading Mix.
  2. Mix well until all of the meat is coated with the EasyPro® Breading Mix.
  3. Deep-fry the seafood separately until crispy and golden brown.
  4. Place each fried seafood into a container.
  5. Add EasyPro® Premium Sauces and/or EasyPro® Powder Mixes of your preference.
  6. Shake the container until all of the seafood is coated with sauce.
  7. Plate the dish in an aluminum tray and garnish with chopped parsley and cherry tomato.

6. Shake the container until all of the seafood is coated with sauce.
