1. Sauté garlic & onion then add the bangus (sliced into cubes).
2. Add the green & red bell peppers, ground pepper, green chilies, and EasyPro® Soy Garlic Sauce then set aside.
3. Pre-heat the sizzling plate then add 1/2 tbsp of butter, then add the Bangus Sisig then serve.
