1. Marinate the beef with minced garlic, sesame oil, egg, and salt & pepper.
2. Dredge the beef in cornstarch.
3. Fry the beef until it’s crispy then set aside.
4. Sauté white onion & red bell pepper.
5. Add leeks, EasyPro® Premium Chili Sauce, and the slurry.
6. Add the crispy beef and toss it until all are coated.
