Directions
1. Marinate 1kg of beef tenderloin with 120ml of EasyPro® Premium Soy Garlic Sauce and 20ml of calamansi juice for at least 30 minutes.
2. In a preheated pan, add oil.
3. Add the chopped onion, then saute.
4. Put the marinated beef.
5. Add ½ cup of water and cook the beef until it’s tender.
6. Once done, transfer the dish into an aluminum tray and garnish with parsley, onion, and chopped parsley.
