  • EasyPro® Premium Teriyaki Sauce (60ml)
  • EasyPro® All-in-one Breading Mix
  • Boneless Bangus (1 pc 500g)
  • Flour
  • Cornstarch
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Spring onions
  • Tomatoes

Directions

  1. Clean and wash your boneless bangus then season it with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge it into EasyPro® All-in-one Breading Mix.
  3. Deep fry your fish and wait until it turns to golden brown.
  4. Glaze it with EasyPro® Premium Teriyaki sauce.
  5. Place it on a white plate and garnish with spring onions and tomatoes.
