1. Coat the 1kg Fish Fillet with 75g of EasyPro® All in One Breading Mix then deep fry until crispy and golden brown.
2. After frying, combine all-purpose cream, EasyPro® Premium Lemon Glaze Sauce, and chopped parsley then mix well until the sauce thickens.
3. Place the fish fillet on the plate and finish with the lemon cream sauce on top.
