1. Coat the peeled shrimp with egg and EasyPro® All-in-One Breading Mix.
2. Fry the shrimp until crispy and golden brown then set aside.
3. On a pan, melt 25g of butter then add 35g of EasyPro® Salted Egg Powder Mix.
4. Toss or mix the fried shrimp on the salted egg sauce.
5. Put it on top of the rice then serve.
