1. Pre-heat the pan then add oil.
2. Add 1kg egg noodles and stir fry them until edges are crunchy.
3. After frying, add 150g bean sprouts and sauté it in the skillet then place in the tray with the stir-fry noodles on it.
4. Add 100ml EasyPro® Premium Soy Garlic Sauce and 100ml EasyPro® Premium Sweet Chili Sauce then finish with noodles and mixed dumpling on top.
