Ingredients

  • EasyPro® Premium Takoyaki Sauce (60ml)
  • EasyPro® Breading Mix (60ml)
  • Squid (500g)
  • Ground Chicken (300g)
  • Xiao Xing wine (1 tsp)
  • Salt & Pepper (1/4 tsp)
  • Spring Onions (1 tbsp)
  • Sesame Oil (1 tsp)
  • Egg
  • Carrots (15g)
  • Green Bell Pepper (10g)

Directions

  1. Season the squid with salt & pepper.
  2. In a bowl, put ground chicken, chopped spring onions, minced carrots, minced red bell pepper, sesame oil, Xiao xing wine & EasyPro® Premium Takoyaki Sauce and egg then mix.
  3. Stuff the ground chicken mixture onto the squid.
  4. Coat the stuffed squid into egg and to the mixture of flour & cornstarch. Then deep fry.
  5. Fry it until golden brown. Then set aside. 
  6. Plate it and drizzle it with EasyPro® Premium Takoyaki Sauce.

Stuffed Squid

Ingredients

EasyPro® Premium Takoyaki Sauce (60ml)
