- Season the squid with salt & pepper.
- In a bowl, put ground chicken, chopped spring onions, minced carrots, minced red bell pepper, sesame oil, Xiao xing wine & EasyPro® Premium Takoyaki Sauce and egg then mix.
- Stuff the ground chicken mixture onto the squid.
- Coat the stuffed squid into egg and to the mixture of flour & cornstarch. Then deep fry.
- Fry it until golden brown. Then set aside.
- Plate it and drizzle it with EasyPro® Premium Takoyaki Sauce.
