Ingredients

  • EasyPro® Barbecue Sauce (40ml)
  • Chicken (1/2 kg)
  • Soy sauce (1/2 cup)
  • Vinegar (1/4 cup)
  • Ground Black Pepper (pinch)
  • Laurel leaves (3 pcs)
  • Boiled Egg (3 pcs)
  • Sugar (to taste)

Directions

  1. Marinate the Chicken with Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Ground Black pepper, Laurel Leaves and Sugar, then put it in the chiller and leave it an hour.
  2. Add marinade sauce and marinated chicken on a pan and simmer over medium heat.
  3. Add water and simmer it until the sauce is reduced.
  4. Put the EasyPro® Barbeque sauce & toss it.
  5. Put it on a plate and top it with spring onion.
