1. On a 22oz cup full of ice, add the water until half of the cup then put it on a blender pitcher.
2. Add the Easy® Java chip Base then blend it for 35 seconds.
3. Pour the Java Chip Frappe then top it with whipped cream and add caramel drizzle on top.
