1. Dissolve 150g Easyยฎ Whipping Cream Powder in 300ml cold water.
2. Whip until desired texture is reached.
3. Transfer to a piping bag and set aside.

1. In 300ml cold water, add 150g Easyยฎ Whipping Cream Powder. Stir well.
2. Transfer to the whipped cream dispenser and close the lid gently.
3. Place your whipper charger into the holder with the smallest end facing upwards.
4. Shake for 35 seconds and set aside.

1. Combine 100g of Easyยฎ Cream Cheese Salted Powder, 50g of Easyยฎ Matcha Base, and 200ml of cold water to make the matcha flavored cream cheese. Stir with a whisk until the desired texture is achieved.
2. In a 22oz cup with ice, fill halfway with water.
3. Transfer to the blender pitcher.
4. Add ยฝ cup of Easyยฎ Red Velvet Base then blend for 35 seconds.
5. Spread Matcha Cream Cheese into the inner surface of the 22oz cup.
6. Pour the red velvet frappe mixture into the cup then add whipped cream on top to finish.
