Ingredients

  • EasyPro® Premium Teriyaki Sauce (30ml)
  • Salmon Fillet (250g)
  • Butter (1 tbsp)
  • Salt & Pepper (2 pinch)
  • Broccoli (80g)
  • Carrots (80g)
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Spring Onions

Directions

  1. Season the Salmon with Salt & Pepper. 
  2. Blanch the Carrots & Broccoli for a minute. Put it in ice water then set aside.
  3. In a preheated pan, add Butter and fry the Salmon. 
  4. While pan frying, glaze the Salmon with EasyPro® Premium Teriyaki Sauce.
  5. On a separate pan, sauté the Broccoli and the Carrots with butter then put it on a plate.
  6. When the Salmon is cooked, add a final glaze of EasyPro® Premium Teriyaki Sauce
  7. Plate the Salmon together with the sauteed vegetables and garnish it with sesame seed then serve.

Salmon Steak Glaze

Ingredients

EasyPro® Premium Teriyaki Sauce (30ml)
