Directions
1. Place 2kg of chicken wings on a mixing bowl and add 150g of EasyPro® All in One Breading Mix.
2. Mix thoroughly until the breading mix has completely covered the chicken wings.
3. Deep-fry until crispy and golden brown.
4. Divide the fried chicken wings into 5 portion on a separate containers.
5. Pour the EasyPro® Premium Sauces and EasyPro® Powder Mixes into each container.
6. Shake while covering the container to ensure that the sauce coats all of the wings.
7. Plate the coated chicken wings on an aluminum tray and garnish with chopped parsley.
